Employer refusing to pay overtime dues after repeated requests, what are my rights?
I work in a manufacturing unit in Noida, and my employer has not paid me for the 150 hours of overtime I did over the past six months. Despite my repeated requests, they keep ignoring my emails and refuse to discuss this matter. I am worried because I depend on this money to support my family. Is there a legal way to compel them to pay what I'm rightfully owed? Can I file a complaint with the labor court? What steps should I take to enforce my rights?
