Employer not paying salary due for 3 months, how can I recover my dues?

I have been working with a startup in Bangalore for over a year now. For the last 3 months, the company has been delaying my salary due to 'financial issues'. I've tried reaching out to the HR and the founder but all I get are false promises of soon clearing the dues. I'm now in a financial crunch and don't know what to do.
