Employer refusing to pay my last month's salary after I resigned?

I resigned from my job two months ago from a tech company in Noida, and my final settlement has not been processed. My last month’s salary of ₹55,000 has not been credited, and HR is not responding to my emails or calls. I left on good terms, serving the notice period as required. This delay is causing me financial stress and affecting my plans. Is there a legal way to demand my due salary and settlement?
