Employer forced me to resign after I raised a harassment complaint?

I'm based in Mumbai and worked for an IT company where I faced continuous harassment from my manager. When I filed an official complaint with HR, they pressured me to resign instead of addressing the issue. I felt I had no choice but to resign last month due to the toxic environment. Is there any legal action I can take against the employer for constructive dismissal or failure to create a safe workplace? I am worried about losing my career and income.
