The High Court of Sikkim is the constitutional High Court for the State of Sikkim, with its seat at Gangtok. The institution has its historical origins in the High Court established in Sikkim under the 1955 High Court of Judicature (Jurisdiction and Powers) Proclamation. Following Sikkim's integration with India in 1975, the existing High Court became the High Court for the State of Sikkim under Article 371F of the Constitution. The Court exercises jurisdiction over the entire State and provides case-status, cause-list, e-Filing, e-Payment, certified-copy, online RTI, display-board and other digital services.
