My employer is not releasing my full and final settlement, what can I do?

I resigned from my job in Bengaluru two months ago and served the complete notice period. However, my employer still hasn't processed my full and final settlement, which amounts to around ₹1.5 lakh including pending salary and leave encashment. I've emailed the HR multiple times but received no satisfactory response. I'm feeling helpless and financially strained. What steps can I take legally to ensure that I get my dues paid?
