My co-founder transferred all company funds to his account, what legal actions can I take?

I co-founded a startup based in Bengaluru with a friend. Recently, I discovered that he has transferred all the company funds, around ₹50 lakh, into his personal account without my knowledge. This happened last week. I confronted him, but he is now avoiding all communication. I feel completely betrayed and don't know what my legal options are. The company is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, but I am not sure how to proceed legally to recover the funds and protect the business. Please help!
