Business partner withdrew all funds and disappeared overnight, what should I do?

I've been running a small tech startup in Bangalore with a partner for 3 years. Yesterday, I found out that he withdrew all the company's funds from our joint account, amounting to ₹15 lakhs, and his phone is switched off. I trusted him completely and didn't think this could happen. We had a partnership deed but no major clauses on fund withdrawal. I'm feeling lost and betrayed. What legal actions can I take immediately to recover the funds and prevent him from doing more damage?
