My business partner withdrew all funds and disappeared, what should I do now?

I am based in Bangalore and I started a tech startup with a friend a year ago. Last week, my business partner withdrew all the funds from our joint account and is now unreachable. We never formalized our partnership legally, but we had an oral agreement. I'm shocked and have no idea how to proceed legally. How can I recover the funds and ensure this doesn't ruin the business?
