Manager forced me to resign and now refusing to pay final settlement, what can I do?

I was working at a tech company in Gurgaon for over 3 years. Last month, my manager forced me to resign under pressure saying my performance is not up to the mark, even though my appraisals were good. I felt cornered and resigned. Now, they are refusing to pay my final settlement worth ₹1.5 lakh, claiming I breached the contract by resigning. I have rent and bills pending and this is extremely stressful. What legal steps can I take to ensure I receive my rightful dues?
