Employer withheld my salary after I reported harassment at work, what can I do?

I am working for an IT company in Bengaluru. A few weeks ago, I reported a senior manager for harassment to HR. Since then, my work environment has been hostile, and this month, they withheld my salary without any explanation. I rely on this income for my family.
