Employer refusing to pay salary after I resigned from Mumbai office?

I resigned from my job in Mumbai two months ago and served my notice period. Despite multiple follow-ups, my employer hasn't released my pending salary and is not responding to my emails or calls. I'm in urgent need of funds and feeling extremely stressed. I fear they might not pay at all. What legal actions can I take under Indian employment law to recover my dues?
