Employer refusing to pay full salary after I resigned?

I was working in a Delhi-based IT firm and resigned last month. My employer is refusing to pay my last month's full salary, citing vague reasons about project losses. I have fulfilled all my duties and notice period obligations. I'm really worried as I depend on this salary. What can I do under Indian employment laws to get my full payment?
