Employer not releasing my salary post resignation, what are my rights?

I resigned from my job in Bangalore a month ago and my employer still hasn't released my last month's salary, which is ₹75,000. I followed all procedures and they promised to settle it during the notice period. Now, they are ignoring my emails and calls. I am stressed and don't know if I should file a complaint or take legal action. What steps can I take to recover my unpaid salary?
