Employer not paying salary after sudden termination in Bangalore?

I was suddenly terminated by my employer last week in Bangalore without any notice or clear reason. I worked as a software developer there for two years. They have not paid my salary for the last month and are ignoring my emails. I am worried about my financial situation as I have EMIs to pay. What are my legal rights here?
