Employer not paying salary after I resigned, it's been two months?

I resigned from my job in Bengaluru two months ago, and the company still hasn't cleared my dues. I served the full notice period and handed over all responsibilities. I keep emailing them, but they only promise to process it soon. I'm really worried as I need this money to pay my bills. Is there a legal way to get my salary? Can I take them to court?
