Employer in Mumbai is refusing to pay for the last two months of work?

I've been working with a small tech company in Mumbai, and they haven't paid my salary for May and June 2026, amounting to ₹1.2 lakhs. Whenever I call HR, they keep saying the payment will be processed next week, but it's been over a month now. I'm worried about my ongoing expenses and rent. I have emails and payslips as proof of my employment. What steps can I take to legally recover my dues?
