Employer fired me after I reported harassment at work, what are my rights?

I work for a tech company in Bengaluru and recently reported a supervisor for harassment. Two weeks after my complaint, I was terminated without any valid reason. I feel this is retaliatory action against me for speaking up. I am worried about losing my income and reputation. The HR said it was a performance issue, but there were no prior warnings.
