Business partner emptied our joint account and disappeared, what are my options?

I co-founded a small IT company in Bengaluru with a partner last year. I just found out that he drained our joint business account of ₹15 lakhs and is unreachable. I'm stressed as client deadlines are approaching and I have no funds to operate. I trusted him completely. How do I legally pursue him and secure our company's assets? What steps should I take immediately?
