Mobile app developer using my business logo without permission, what should I do?

I discovered that a mobile app developer in Mumbai is using my business logo on their app without asking me. I own the registered trademark for this logo. I feel this misrepresents my brand and could damage its reputation. How can I legally force them to stop using my logo? Can I claim any damages?
