Estimated government charges for Sale / Conveyance Deed in Andhra Pradesh. Free, with every charge's legal source.
Public beta — figures not yet verified. The charges shown are estimates worked out from government notifications and statutes that have NOT yet been verified by a legal reviewer; some points (such as the value on which a charge is levied, and rounding) are marked as assumptions. Concessions, exemptions and special cases are not applied. Do not rely on this figure for a transaction — confirm with the Registration & Stamps Department or a qualified lawyer. Lawyers: please tell us what is wrong using the feedback section. Amounts are shown to the paisa: no rounding is applied because the official rounding rule has not been confirmed. The registration fee, transfer duty and user-charge lines depend on the assumptions listed under each charge.
From the values you enter and the published rule in force on your transaction date. The arithmetic is done by fixed rules on our server — never by AI — and the result lists every step.
Where do the rules come from?
Each charge cites its own government source (a Government Order or statute) with a link. In this beta, a legal reviewer has not yet verified the rules against those sources, and points the sources do not settle are shown as assumptions. Lawyers' feedback below is how we verify them.
Why might it say "automatic calculation unavailable"?
When no verified, published rule applies, or the transaction needs legal review. We show an explanation rather than a guess.
