High Courts in Meghalaya

High Courts are the highest judicial authority at the state level, exercising original and appellate jurisdiction over civil and criminal matters, along with writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. Most states have their own High Court, and some High Courts have jurisdiction over more than one state or union territory.
