I booked a flat in Bangalore with a builder two years ago. We agreed on a price of ₹50 lakh, and I have already paid 80% of it. Now the builder is asking for an additional ₹3 lakh citing increased material costs and won't proceed with registration otherwise. This was never mentioned in our agreement. Is this legal? What can I do to ensure I'm not cheated?

I work for a small firm in Pune and have been employed there for the past 3 years. I recently discovered that my father sold our ancestral land in Uttar Pradesh, which we jointly inherited from my grandfather. He didn't inform me or ask for my consent before making the sale. This land holds sentimental value for me and I feel betrayed. I'm worried as I don't know if the sale is legally valid without all heirs agreeing. I want to understand if I have any legal recourse to challen…

I’m feeling betrayed! Someone in my locality in Jaipur filed a false FIR against me claiming I harassed them. I’ve been living peacefully here, and now I'm facing police questioning. It's been a week, and my reputation is at stake. What steps can I take to clear my name? I feel so anxious and helpless right now.

I’m worried about my online presence. I have a business in Surat and recently discovered that someone registered a domain name that’s identical to my brand, which I’ve been using for two years. I’m scared this will confuse my customers. I spent around ₹1 lakh on marketing. Can I take legal action to reclaim my domain?

I feel so betrayed right now! I bought travel insurance worth ₹20,000 for my trip to Goa. My flight got delayed for more than 12 hours, and I was counting on the insurance to cover my hotel expenses. But they’re saying delays aren’t covered. This feels so unfair! Is there anything I can do to challenge this decision?

Hey! So, I’ve been in Jaipur for almost three months now on a tourist visa, and I’m stressed because I’m not ready to leave yet. I tried visiting the local FRRO office to see if I can extend my visa, but the process seemed so complicated. They mentioned a fee of ₹5,000, and I just don’t know how long it would even take. I feel really worried because I don’t want to overstay and face legal issues. …

He is refusing to hand over the flat unless I pay this. I feel cheated because this was not mentioned in the agreement. I work in a retail store in Bengaluru and during the Diwali season, I worked overtime for over two weeks. My employer promised additional pay but now refuses to pay saying it wasn't pre-approved. I've already tried discussing this with HR but they're siding with the employer. I'm frustrated and need to know what actions I can take to get my rightful payment.
