What should I do if my income tax refund of ₹50,000 is stuck for three months?

Hey, I’m really worried. I filed my income tax return from Pune three months ago and I was supposed to get a refund of ₹50,000. I’ve been checking the status online, but it still says 'processing'. I called the helpline, but they’re not helpful at all. I feel betrayed by the system and don’t know if I should escalate this or what I can do to get my money back. Any advice?
