My uncle sold our shared property in Pune, can he do that without my consent?

I just found out that my uncle sold a piece of family property in Pune that was jointly owned by him, my father, and me. The property is worth around ₹80 lakhs, and he did it without informing me or seeking my permission. I feel completely betrayed. This happened about a month ago, and I only found out through a family friend. I haven’t received any share of the proceeds. What legal action can I take to challenge this sale and ensure I get my rightful share?
