My uncle sold our family land in Pune without informing me. Can I take legal action?

I just discovered that my uncle sold our ancestral land in Pune to a third party without my consent. I am one of the legal heirs, and he didn’t even inform me about it. I feel betrayed and angry. This happened about three months ago, and I found out only when I went to the land for some work. I have the original documents showing I am a co-owner.
