My uncle sold our Delhi house without informing me, what are my legal rights?

I recently found out that my uncle sold our family house situated in Delhi without informing me or getting my consent. I have a share in this property as per my father's will. The deal was finalized a month ago and I just received an eviction notice from the new owner. I feel completely betrayed and don't know what steps to take legally.
