My landlord entered my flat without permission and removed my belongings — what can I do?

I live in a rented flat in Jaipur, and yesterday, I found that my landlord entered my flat without informing me while I was at work. He removed some of my personal belongings claiming I didn't pay rent for this month. I paid the rent last week via bank transfer, and have proof of payment. This is causing me a lot of stress, and I feel my privacy has been violated. What legal actions can I take against him under Indian law?
