My business partner in Mumbai withdrew ₹10 lakh from our account without informing me?

I am in a panic! My business partner and I run a small export business in Mumbai. Yesterday, I found out he withdrew ₹10 lakh from our joint business account without my consent. This money was meant for a critical shipment. When I confronted him, he said it was for 'urgent expenses' but didn't provide any proof. I feel betrayed and worried about our financial stability. What legal actions can I take to get the money back and prevent this from happening again? Can I file a case of misappropriation? Please help!
