My business partner disappeared with all our funds, what should I do next?

I'm based in Bangalore, and my business partner recently vanished, taking all our company's funds with him. We have a registered partnership firm, and the amount embezzled is over ₹25 lakh. This happened last week, and I've been trying to contact him, but his phone is off, and he is not responding to emails. I'm worried about the company's future and my personal losses.
