Landlord entered my rented flat without permission. What are my rights?

I rent an apartment in Mumbai and recently found out that my landlord enters the flat without my consent when I'm not home. I feel my privacy is being violated. I have a valid tenancy agreement and pay rent on time. This is making me feel very unsafe. What legal rights do I have to stop this? Can I take any action against the landlord?
