Landlord entered my flat without permission and changed locks, what are my rights?

I live in Bengaluru and came back from a trip to find my landlord entered my flat without notice and changed the locks. I have been paying rent on time but he claims I violated the lease by subletting, which is false. I am stressed because I can't access my belongings and have nowhere to stay. What legal action can I take against him? Is there a quick way to get back in?
