Landlord entered my flat without notice and took my belongings?

I am staying in a rented apartment in Pune. Last week, my landlord entered my flat without any prior notice while I was at work and took some of my personal belongings claiming I owe him ₹20,000 rent. I have always paid my rent on time and have receipts for the past 6 months. I feel so violated and scared. I have tried calling him, but he doesn't respond. What are my legal rights in this situation, and can I file a police complaint for this intrusion?
