Family business money taken by brother after father's death, what can I do?

I'm from Jaipur. After our father passed away last year, my brother took control of our family business finances. We agreed to split equally, but he hasn't given me my share and is avoiding discussions. I feel betrayed as we always trusted each other with the business. What legal steps can I take to claim my rightful share? Should I file a case in Rajasthan High Court? I'm really stressed about this.
