Company refusing to pay pending dues after my resignation?

I resigned from my job at a tech company in Bangalore two months ago. I completed my notice period and all exit formalities. However, they still haven't paid my pending salary of ₹50,000 and my Provident Fund contributions. I have tried reaching out to HR multiple times, but they keep delaying. I'm really frustrated and need this money urgently. What legal steps can I take to ensure they pay my dues?
