Can my employer in Delhi remove benefits after I returned from sick leave?
I work for a company in Delhi and was on sick leave for three weeks due to a medical emergency. Upon returning, I found out my medical benefits and other allowances have been drastically reduced. I feel this is retaliation for taking sick leave. Is this legal under Indian employment law? What actions can I take to restore my benefits?
