Brother sold our joint property without telling me, what are my rights?

I just found out my brother sold our jointly-owned property in Mumbai without informing me. We inherited it from our parents, and I thought we had an understanding to keep it for future use. The sale was finalized last month for ₹1 crore. I feel betrayed and need to know what legal recourse I have to challenge this sale or claim my rightful share. Can I file a case in the Mumbai court?
