Bank blocked my account after I questioned unauthorized transactions, what are my rights?

I was shocked to see unauthorized transactions in my account last week. I reported it immediately to my bank in Mumbai, but instead of resolving it, they have now blocked my account! I'm unable to access my own money and it's putting me in a tough spot financially. I feel like they are punishing me for their own security lapse. What are my rights in this situation? How can I get my account operational again?
